    Let it hereby be known that the human 'Lucias' has been condemned to death by Ragnarok authorities for his crimes against the settlement and its visitors.

    Lucias stood accused of one count of murder and one count of attempted murder, the second against Lord Commander Ironbeep of the Knights of Ragnarok. He admitted to his crimes in witness of Ironbeep, Oak, and Ser Willhelm, and was beheaded this evening.

    His head now rests on a pike as warning to any future would-be criminals. He died unrepentant, unwilling to seek atonement for his crimes.
