CALLING ALL BOUNTY HUNTERS

The 45th Frontier Ministry Patrol Regiment has issued a bounty on the head of Yury Federoff, for committing thought-crimes (among other felonies) against the Apex people.

Via tracking the standard-issue Ministry ship he had used to escape the purge of a rebel cell, we have pinpointed his location to be near Thormium Minoris IV, of the Thormium Minoris system.

These are the rewards:

5000 pixels for his dead body, 10000 if he is alive, and 7000 if he is in either condition, as long as his brain is in pristine condition. If you found him, let us know privately.

UPDATE:

After extensive searching, the Apex known as Yury Federoff has been presumed dead in the eyes of the Ministry of Scientific Progression. The hunt is now called off. He has most likely been disintegrated along with the satellite that helped harbor many enemies of Big Ape.
